Nourhan’s husband suffers from kidney cancer, which has likely spread to other organs, and endures excruciating pain from kidney stones, unable to see a doctor since before the genocide. Their 12-year-old daughter has epilepsy and urgently needs medication. The family is starving, desperately requiring food, water, milk, diapers, and basic necessities to survive.
